Return & Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction and will replace any defective merchandise in compliance with the statutes of R.A. 7394 (“The Consumer Act of the Philippines”). DETAILS must be notified within twenty four (24) hours from receipt of the merchandise regarding the nature of the problem. You may reach us at onlineshop@detailsph.com. We will be in touch shortly to coordinate with you on the matter. If found defective or damaged by no fault of the customer, Details will replace the item and pay for the appropriate shipping costs.

Items may be exchanged for color and size provided that the item being exchanged is still in stock. The allowable period for domestic purchase returns is 15 days while for international orders, the allowable period is 20 days. The item/s must be shipped back to the Philippines within 24 hours from the date of customer’s email notification to Details.

Upon our receipt of the item(s), we must first verify that the items are still in their original (marketable) condition. This means that: 1) the garment tag(s) are still attached, 2) the item is in its original packaging, 3) the item is unwashed, unworn, and includes the official receipt issued to the customer. In the case of requests for change in size and/or color, shipping and handling costs incurred are non-refundable and shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging/returning and sending back the item will be borne by the customer.

Items that have been soiled, mishandled and/or abused, laundered, or have missing tags and receipts will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims.

Refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher. Online returns/ refunds cannot be transacted at any of our boutiques and/or consignor branches.
